The Enchanted Garden Wedding Package


Wedding planning made easy!

Our Enchanted Garden Wedding package is made up of three major components; venue, coordination, and flowers. This package is designed to make the wedding planning process easy and fun, all while ensuring a beautiful and seamless event.

Venue:

  • Exclusive use of the professionally landscaped 2-acre garden

  • 12-hour access to the venue on the day of your event (12:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

  • 6- hour event time

  • 1-hour time allotment for a coordinated rehearsal, prior to the event date

  • Manicured lawn for the ceremony

  • Optional covered reception space with a concrete dance floor

  • Rental Items:

    • White or mahogony padded chairs

    • 10- 5’ round tables or

    • 11 - 8’ farm tables

    • 4 high top cocktail tables

    • 3 café tables

    • 2 buffet tables

    • Accent tables for gifts, sign in, cake, buffets

  • Access to our preferred vendor list

  • Complimentary on-site parking, plus access to overflow parking

  • Hospitality suite

  • Exclusive use of the indoor space

  • Indoor restrooms

  • String lighting in all areas of the garden

Florals:

  • A la Carte Floral Package with Nectar, Inc:

  • A specific allotment towards your overall floral budget

  • Custom proposals crafted for the couple based upon their requests and desires

  • Couples are able to choose florals with an “a la carte” style

  • A la carte options may include but are not limited to personal flowers, ceremony decor, centerpieces, candlelight packages, focal accents

  • All florals and designs are specifically curated for the individual couple to ensure a unique, lovely, and elegant event

Full Coordination:

  • Communication via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings

  • Required coordination meetings at 6 months, 3 months, and 1 month prior to the wedding date

  • Advisement for the day-of itinerary, ceremony layout, reception layout, and vendors

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Day-of coordination

    • Set up all decor brought in by the couple

    • Facilitate all vendor arrival and setup

    • Ensuring proper layout and placement for all necessary areas in the garden

    • Work closely with all vendors throughout the day to ensure a seamless event

    • Coordination of collection of gifts, personal items, and leftover food and alcohol

    • Troubleshoot to the best of our abilities if problems should arise
