Package:

We want to ensure you have a flawless event. That’s why we offer a package that includes venue rental, coordination, exclusive partnerships, tables, and chairs, all in one.

Availability:

The McGill Rose Garden is available for weddings starting the last weekend in April to the first weekend in November on Saturdays. We are currently booked for 2024 but are currently booking for 2025!

The garden can accommodate a maximum of 100 people.

Small Party Policies

• We do not currently offer private events/party rental space at the McGill Rose Garden.

• We ask that any event you’re hosting be limited to around 20 guests.

• All seating is first-come, first-serve. We do not take reservations.

• We allow table top decor. The following items are prohibited: hanging decor from trees and lighting, artificial petals, confetti, rice, or anything harmful to nature.

• You are welcome to bring in your own food. No outside alcohol is permitted.

• We do not allow outside chairs, tables, or furniture to be brought in.

• Please be considerate of other guests in the garden.

I cannot recommend working with McGill Rose Garden enough! Ashlyn, Karisa, and Dan were a joy to work with and made the entire wedding planning process so easy. They truly thought of every detail and provided quick assistance in tenting the venue at the last minute! Even in the rain, our guests raved about the garden and our photos turned out beautiful. We cannot say enough good things about our wedding at McGill Rose Garden. Our coordinator, Ashlyn, was extremely organized and communicated with us so incredibly well every step of the way (and during the constant up’s and down’s of the Pandemic, no less). The venue is so beautiful; our guests felt as if they’d entered another world away from the City. You can design your vision to your liking. Nectar, the florist and owners of the space, delivered the most gorgeous flowers that anyone at our wedding had ever seen. Our guests also commented on how smoothly the transitioning between ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and dinner service went - McGill is laid out so perfectly for this wonderful flow.
