The Details
Starting January 1st, 2021 we are requiring all photographers to purchase an annual pass in order to shoot in the garden outside of our public hours.
Annual pass holders have access to the garden during public hours and Rosies Wine Garden hours for photo sessions. This pass is valid from the date of purchase and expires 365 days after the purchase date.

Application
Terms & Conditions
Insurance: Liability insurance is required by the photographer.
Usage: The garden may be used anytime during our operating hours. All photo sessions must be scheduled in advance.Photo sessions can be scheduled online through our scheduling website. We will only allow one photo session at a time. The garden may be closed to photo sessions for private events on certain days.
Styled Shoots: Styled shoots and fashion shoots are only available Monday- Friday 10am - 4pm.
Decorative Items: All decor, props, and rental items need to be approved before a photo session.
Upon Arrival: You must check in with the Rosie's bartenders upon arrival. Please present your pass along with photo identification.
Parking: Photographer and clients may park in our immediate gravel lot adjacent to the building. If the lot is full, there is overflow parking in the lower parking deck on the corner of Alexander Street and McGill Rose Garden Way.
Posted Rules: Photographers must obey all posted rules and signage in the garden at the time of the photo session.
Smoking: There is no smoking in the garden.
Garden & Garden Property: Do not move furniture or stand on furniture. Do not climb in trees or bushes. Do not block pathways and archways.
Indoor Space: The indoor space is closed to photo sessions.
Restrooms: Restrooms are unavailable for changing purposes.
Other Visitors:
The garden is open to other visitors during the time of your photo session. Please be respectful to other visitors of the garden during your photo session.
Photographers and or clients do not have priority over any specific portion of the garden.
Under no circumstances should other guests be disturbed or asked to move.
Damages: Owner of the pass is liable for any damage to the McGill Rose Garden.
*The McGill Rose Garden reserves the right to prohibit any photography on the property at any time if these policies are violated.
